Job Description We are seeking a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Residences Lounge Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area. Your warm personality and commitment to outstanding service will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all visitors. Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guests Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
