In your new role as Residency Experience Manager at Campus Founders Venture you will manage services and activities for our residents and act as the primary point of contact for residents working and collaborating in the space. Your goal is to create a welcoming and vibrant environment to provide an extraordinary space experience in our new building, which opens in Summer 2025.
You will handle the account management and make the onboarding for new residents. Based on the feedback you gather from our residents; you help to optimize and develop new services and activity formats in collaboration with our community team.
