Description Residency Outreach Liaison at Specialty Dental Brands Website: Specialty Dental Brands SDB is a growing organization dedicated to supporting premier pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, oral surgery, and multispecialty practices across the country. Our mission is to empower clinical excellence while preserving the integrity, autonomy, and culture of the practices we serve. We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Residency Outreach Liaison to support the continued growth and development of our provider network nationwide. This role will serve as a key ambassador for Specialty Dental Brands by building strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs, increasing brand awareness, and developing a pipeline of future specialists for our affiliated practices and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in relationship-building, healthcare recruitment, event coordination, and strategic outreach. Location: Hybrid role based out of our Home Office in The Nations area of Nashville, TN. Travel: Heavy travel is required, including frequent overnight travel for conferences, residency visits, and events nationwide. Requirements What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with residency and fellowship program leadership, including Program Directors and Coordinators Partner closely with Recruitment, Clinical Leadership, and Operations teams to support strategic doctor recruitment initiatives Identify target residency and fellowship programs aligned with organizational hiring needs and growth opportunities Coordinate and execute residency outreach events, educational sessions, presentations, conferences, and networking opportunities Promote Specialty Dental Brands and affiliated practice opportunities to residents and fellows nationwide Develop and present marketing and educational materials that reflect the Specialty Dental Brands mission and culture Maintain consistent communication with prospective candidates throughout their training programs Utilize CRM and ATS systems to track outreach efforts, candidate engagement, and recruitment activity Represent Specialty Dental Brands at state, regional, and national conferences and industry events Collaborate with provider alumni and clinical leaders to strengthen residency program partnerships and engagement What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, physician recruitment, staffing, residency engagement, or related healthcare environment Strong event planning and coordination experience Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Zoom, Webex, or similar virtual webinar platforms preferred Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel (approximately 50%+) Why Specialty Dental Brands?
