AS RESIDENT ADVISOR, YOU WILL WORK 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK IN A COLLABORATIVE TEAM BETWEEN THE 1030AM-7.30PM, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

As a Resident Advisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive living experience — from organising social events and managing communications via social media and traditional channels, to assisting with day-to-day operations like greeting residents at reception and processing rental payments accurately.
You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, delivering exceptional customer service over email, phone, and in person. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, solution-focused, and ready to make a real impact.
