Description As a Resident Aide, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed. Come join a team that thrives on working together! Essential Functions Include: Assist with resident ADLs including mobility, hygiene, eating and dressing and other needs Assures proper documentation and timely charting for resident care Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents Working with residents in both memory care and assisted living 2nd shift hours will be from 2:30 pm - 11 pm or 6 pm - 9 pm. Every other weekend and every other holiday would be required. No mandating! Wage: starting at $17.50 per hour ($16 for the base and $1.50 shift differential) *Experience considered Are you CNA certified? We can add $0.75 per hour to your pay.
