Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and materials used.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and REs/RTOs to resolve architectural or technical issues.
  • Review and endorse architectural shop drawings, samples, and method statements.
  • Ensure timely progress of architectural works and assist in resolving site constraints or discrepancies.
  • Report site issues, non-compliances, and defects to the QP (Qualified Person) and project team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
  • Registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
  • Minimum 5 years of large scale project site supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local codes (e.g., BCA, URA) and construction practices.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
