Job Details Job Location: Water Street Group Home - Bolivar, TN 38008 Salary Range: $12.00 - $12.00 Hourly Summary: To provide direct supervision, assistance, and monitoring of the residents in Quinco’s supported living facilities and related activities. To provide necessary monitoring and maintenance of the supportive living facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: • Provides supervision to the residents. • Provides supervision of all medications taken by residents during their scheduled shift, in accordance with facility medication supervision policies and guidelines. • Provides for necessary meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry task as scheduled by the Residential Team Leader. • Carries out all activities planned by the Residential Team Leader for assigned shift, including but not limited to, recreational activities. • Completes all required documentation for assigned shift including but not limited to, daily log notes, reportable occurrences, and medication sheets, etc. • Serves on an on-call basis. • Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Qualifications Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma, GED, or higher. Language Skills: Ability to read, ability to write clearly and legibly; ability to write brief reports on the behavior of residents. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR and First Aid certification, and Non-violent crisis intervention training.
