Job Details Job Location: Wiley Christian Retirement Community - Marlton, NJ 08053 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $17.25 Hourly Resident Assistant Enrolled in Certified Nursing Assistant Program Wiley Mission has the privilege of working with RCBC and Bergen County College in offering a Grant sponsored by the DOL that provides the employee with the opportunity to attend and complete a Certified Nursing Assistant program, while working 32 hours per week. This position allows the employee to work as a Resident Assistant prior to the start of the Certified Nursing Assistant program. Qualifications Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must be enrolled with RCBC for the CNA program. Must meet the requirements that are set by the grant program. Must work 32 hours per week beginning at least 15 days prior to the start of the program. Responsibilities

The Resident Assistant will work while enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assistant program. This position allows the employee to gain experience in a healthcare setting prior to certification.
