Job Overview Join Our Caring Team at York Gardens in Edina, MN! Ebenezer is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver to join our Assisted Living team at York Gardens, located in the heart of Edina, MN. Schedule Details: This is a two-week rotating schedule: Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday – 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM What You’ll Do: As a Resident Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily lives. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support (including transfers and lifts) Supporting residents with hearing aids, glasses, and other personal items Helping with health-related tasks under RN direction: blood glucose checks, medication assistance (including insulin), and vital signs monitoring Providing home services: laundry, cleaning, meal delivery, and dining room support Engaging residents in social and recreational activities Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing Responding to emergencies and serving as a mandated reporter when needed Required Qualifications less than 1 year Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines If under 18 must be on MN NAR registry Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years' experience Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
