Description Saline, MI | Full-Time/Part-Time Available- 8 hour shifts Join a team that cares! We’re looking for compassionate Resident Assistants to support seniors with daily care needs while promoting dignity, independence, and a safe, welcoming environment. What You’ll Do: Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals Report changes in resident condition and ensure accurate documentation Help maintain a clean, safe living environment Support social activities, light housekeeping, and laundry Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies What We’re Looking For: Experience in assisted living or skilled nursing preferred A caring attitude and respect for seniors Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

The Resident Assistant will support seniors with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals while promoting independence and safety.
