The Residential Assistant (RA) is responsible for: Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs. Resident Assistants assist residents with specific needs involving their activities of daily living. Resident Assistants assist assists with resident's laundry when needed. Resident Assistants complete light housekeeping duties. Maintain physical environment in a clean, safe, and pleasant manner. Perform other related activities as assigned or requested Qualification High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have current First Aid Certification or must obtain within 60 days of hire. Pre-employment requirements: Physical Background Check Mantoux (TB) Test Briarfield is a Drug Free Work Place
Responsibilities
The Resident Assistant is responsible for answering signal lights and assisting residents with their daily living activities. They also complete light housekeeping duties and maintain a clean and safe environment.
