Description San Marcos Academy is currently accepting applications for a Resident Assistant who can work part-time. The position starts in 2024. The applicant has the opportunity to continue in this position multiple years if hired. Shifts are scheduled Monday-Friday between 3:30pm -11:00 p.m. Night shifts between 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Weekend shifts may be any hours between 6 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Applicants will be required to work weekends when school is in session. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Serve as a role model in behavior and appearance Provide support for dormitory supervisors Assist in the daily operations of the facility Monitor and provide support for students Job Qualifications: Have a Christian testimony High School diploma (Some college preferred) Experience working with youth (preferred) Ability to supervise a diverse group of young people High standard of behavior and moral conduct Job Benefits: Shifts are not assigned during Thanksgiving week, Christmas Break, and Spring Break. Start Date: January 2026 Compensation: Pay is a stipend for 24 hours worked weekly. On campus housing and meals are provided with this position.
