We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Overnight Care Staff in our Memory Care Unit. Key Responsibilities: - Provide overnight supervision and assistance to residents in the memory care unit - Support residents with daily activities, personal care, and medication reminders - Monitor residents’ safety and well-being throughout the night - Document and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate team members - Foster a calm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and comfort Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience working with seniors, preferably in a memory care setting - Certified Med Techs will be given preference - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to work overnight shifts and handle emergency situations calmly - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus At Grand Villa of Deland, we value our staff and offer competitive wages, free parking, meals, and telehealth services.
