Description Resident Care Assistant Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents. Duties and responsibilities: Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks Engage residents in social interactions and activities Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environment Medication management in accordance to residents plan of care Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a: An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differential An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift Additional hours may be available in other departments if desired Hours and Pay: Part Time - 48 hours per 2 week pay period, 2pm - 11pm Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) HSA with employer match PERA retirement with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) education assistance and loan forgiveness program
Responsibilities
