Responsibilities

The Resident Care Assistant will support professional nursing staff by providing direct care to Assisted Living residents, which includes assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, cleanliness, and meal preparation. Responsibilities also involve ensuring Resident Rights are upheld and reporting any suspected abuse or neglect.
