Artesian Place, our lovely Assisted Living community located in Olympia, WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care and services for our residents. Requirements Requirements: Valid HCA or CNA license; Minimum three years of experience as a Medication Aide; Must pass a criminal background check; Must respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents’ rights; Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely, and bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach; Outstanding written and oral skills; Problem-solving skills; Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions; Must possess a working, current knowledge of state regulations; Strong organizational skills; Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred, but not required: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field; Experience in management within long-term care, elder care, or home health care; Experience writing or assisting with negotiated service agreements Apply Now!
