Description As a Resident Care Tech, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with passing of their medication, mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed. We invite you to apply to work at our Rose Garden campus today! This opportunity is Full Time (32 hours per week) on 2nd shift. The shift time is 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday. Wage: starting at $18.75 per hour ($17.25 for a base wage plus a $1.50 2nd Shift Differential) *Experience considered Full-time employees will receive a generous benefit package which includes health insurance, dental and vision options along with paid time off and retirement savings up to 5% employer match.
