Trinity has become the largest provider of supported accommodation in West London, as we grow and develop we require more people to join our aim of ending homelessness by working with rough-sleeping individuals, working out a resolution to their problems as they find paths back into employment and permanent living spaces.
Our coaches work directly with the residents of our supported accommodation, helping them to successfully manage their tenancies. We work with our residents to guide them on tackling the issues that led to and developed due to rough sleeping through techniques such as motivational interviews, appreciative enquiry and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
A coach at trinity will be a kind, sincere and patient individual with good listening skills.

Further Requirements:

  • Time Management
  • Previous experience with drugs, alcohol and mental health issues desired
  • Driver’s License and car
  • Be able to work with flexible hours
  • Work well in a team and individually where required, as well as with outside parties.
