Cogir Immobilier is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Montreal (Southwest). Are you a versatile person, agile with your hands and a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism both oral and written
• Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
• High school diploma (SSD)
• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)

• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.
