YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (approved by the Saudi Council of Engineers).
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in civil engineering, with at least 8 years in underground cable projects for high-voltage transmission systems.
• Experience in utility infrastructure projects within the GCC is preferred.

• Oversee civil works for high-voltage underground cable installations, including trenching, ducting, and cable laying.
• Monitor the contractor’s progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on civil works and materials.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required.
• Review and approve method statements, drawings, and material submittals related to civil works.
