Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Resident Engineer- Civil to join our team in Kharagpur, India. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring quality control, and managing on-site operations. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship Analyze and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project progress Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical submittals Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Coordinate with the project management team to facilitate efficient decision-making and problem-solving Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Total 10+ years of experience with minimum 4 projects in capacity of Expert/ RE/ TL on Railway projects.
