Job Description: The Resident Engineer (RE) shall be fully responsible for the supervision, administration, coordination, and contract management of all roads and infrastructure works, including wet and dry utilities. The RE shall ensure that the Works are executed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards, while safeguarding the Employer’s contractual, technical, financial, and time-related interests. The role requires strong technical leadership combined with robust contract administration capability. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure projects, with minimum 5 years in Resident Engineer role or senior site supervision role on major infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of FIDIC (Red Book preferred) or applicable conditions of Contract followed of Abu Dhabi Emirate. Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects and authority coordination. Demonstrated experience in contract administration, EOT evaluation, and variation assessment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent report writing and contractual correspondence drafting ability. Fluent in English and Arabic.
