Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer specializing in Tunnel Ventilation, Station Air-conditioning, and E&M systems for our underground infrastructure project in Surat, India. This challenging role requires a detail-oriented professional to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of critical systems in our underground facilities. Design and implement tunnel ventilation systems, ensuring optimal air quality and safety standards are met Develop and manage station air-conditioning systems to maintain comfortable environments for passengers and staff Oversee the integration of electrical and mechanical (E&M) systems throughout the underground infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of all engineering aspects Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project standards Prepare technical reports, specifications, and design documents using AutoCAD and BIM software Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues as they arise Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 15 years of experience in tunnel ventilation, station air-conditioning, and E&M systems for underground infrastructure projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for large-scale facilities Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems integration Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong technical report writing skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred Willingness to work on-site in Surat, India, and travel as required Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India is a plus Additional Information Qualification: B.
