Primary Responsibilities of the Resident Experience Director Create a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and families by building strong relationships and addressing concerns with care and professionalism Serve as the primary point of contact for new residents after a deposit is received, assisting them through the move-in process and ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the community Support the Director of Sales with leasing functions including tours, documentation of inquiries, contract coordination, and assisting with the admissions process Coordinate and manage all aspects of the resident move-in process, including apartment readiness, move-in checklists, and collaboration with internal departments Maintain resident records and files, including important preferences, habits, and special dates to enhance personalized service Work closely with community departments to ensure apartments are prepared and residents receive a seamless transition into their new home Act as a liaison between residents, families, and departments to address concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction Provide concierge-style support by assisting residents with services such as transportation arrangements, postal services, and other personal requests Maintain positive relationships with referral sources, professionals, and organizations in the local community Assist with marketing initiatives including conducting community tours and supporting referral network development Participate in team meetings and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve resident satisfaction and community operations Support special projects, programs, and initiatives as directed by the Executive Director If you're ready to bring passion, purpose, and exceptional service to a place where your work truly matters, apply today. Your next great opportunity is waiting at QSLM Requirements Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine passion for serving seniors College degree in a related field preferred At least 1 year of experience in an assisted living or senior living environment preferred Basic knowledge of sales and marketing in senior housing Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions Flexibility to work a variety of schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed We are an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
