Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National Resident Liaison Officer to join our team and support the delivery of accommodation facilities management services at Khalifa University. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a student-focused environment by serving as the primary point of contact between students, accommodation operators, university stakeholders, and KUFM operational teams. The Resident Liaison Officer is responsible for proactively managing all student touchpoints related to accommodation services, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, service excellence, cultural awareness, and responsiveness. The role acts as a bridge between residents and service providers, helping to enhance the overall student residential experience while supporting the effective delivery of facilities management services. In addition, the Resident Liaison Officer promotes a student-centric culture across KUFM teams and supports the coordination of value-added services and student welfare initiatives.
