Description Position Summary: Crown Residential is seeking a Resident Manager (Resident Experience Focus) to oversee the day-to-day management of a boutique 46-unit multifamily community in Coconut Grove. This role is responsible for delivering a high-touch, hospitality-driven resident experience while maintaining strong operational, financial, and compliance standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks listed below and are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position. Property Operations & Asset Management Oversee all daily operations of the assigned multifamily property Utilize Yardi to maintain accurate and timely reporting Work with our Accounting team to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports Manage vendors, expenses, purchasing, and inventory Conduct regular property inspections Leasing, Revenue & Market Performance Manage leasing activities, renewals, pricing, and vacancy planning Achieve competitive occupancy and rental growth targets Analyze market trends and competitive properties Resident Experience & Community Engagement Foster a hospitality-driven living environment Conduct move-ins, move-outs, and inspections Plan and execute resident community events Monitor resident feedback and online reputation Risk Management & Compliance Ensure Fair Housing, ADA, and regulatory compliance Oversee collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes Crown Residential, LLC. is an equal employment opportunity employer. Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION: Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Yardi is required Excellent customer service skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong intermediate mathematical abilities and experience reading community financials. Possess software skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a variety of industry-specific platforms and systems Consistent, regular and in-person attendance during assigned hours at the workplace are required Education & Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years relevant experience Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree Boutique or Class A multifamily experience Lease-up or new development exposure NALP certification
