What You’ll Do The Resident Manager position is a part-time, live-on-site role that is responsible for the overall condition and environment of the building in which they reside. As a Resident Manager, you must be self-motivated, organized, value communication, and have the ability to learn quickly. Compensation for this position is by providing highly reduced or free housing in the building you're assigned to as a Resident Manager- occupancy rules apply. Your day-to-day may include: Perform daily inspections of the property and its grounds (~6 days a week) Perform light maintenance and cleaning Ensure the property operates in accordance with set policies and procedures Act as a liaison between the Property Manager and the residents Receive maintenance requests from residents, verify work, and coordinate vendors Requirements What You Bring: Previous experience as a resident manager, or property ownership with hands on maintenance, or experience working for a property management company strongly preferred Possess a strong sense of ownership, extremely detail oriented and results driven Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
