We currently have an opportunity available for a customer focused, energetic Live-in Resident Manager at 1111 Main Street in Moncton, NB. This is a part-time role with partial rent benefit as compensation, requires some cleaning and on call duties for evenings/weekends. This role will be perfect for someone who has a full/part time job during the day or someone who is retired and would like to stay active.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Previous experience in a customer service role;
• Good communication skills, both written and oral;
• Ability to work well in a team environment with limited supervision;
• Previous experience within residential property management industry is an asset.

• Cleaning of all public areas, and shared on-call duties;
