YOU WILL

  • Deliver an exemplary level of customer service by responding professionally and promptly to resident inquiries, greeting tenants, visitors and contractors
  • Leads the full life cycle of the resident process
  • Conduct property tours to prospective residents
  • Assist in providing welcome or move out packages to residents.
  • Assist tenants with onboarding of building tenant portal
  • Complete scheduled inspections of the buildings, building exterior, units and amenities (if applicable) to ensure all are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete move in and move out inspections as required.
  • Oversee elevator bookings and ensure security is maintained during moves
  • Follow up and collect monthly rents and maintain all tenant records
  • Deliver Tenant notices (i.e. late rent, eviction notices, building info, etc.)
  • Manage parking and storage rentals
  • Supervise the use of amenity areas
  • Respond to and coordinate all tenant repairs
  • Answer the building phone line and resolve tenant concerns
  • Maintain building contact lists for tenants and contractors and assist in maintaining building maintenance files
  • Complete minor buildings repairs such as painting, basic plumbing and carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and assist janitorial duties as required
  • Complete daily interior and exterior cleaning
  • Program security fobs as required and ensure the properties are safe and secure at all times
  • Ensure the Dominion Rocket Property Management Office is neat and tidy
  • Assist in arranging resident events and activities in conjunction with the Property Manager
  • Ensure preventative maintenance is completed in conjunction with the Property Manager and supervise contractors/trades who are on site
  • Ensure building rules and regulations are followed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation including the RTA, Fire Codes, WCB, OH&S
  • Be on call for property emergencies
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Provide ongoing reports and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Property Manager
