Description WE ARE HIRING! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an on-site Resident Manager at the Hazel Park Apartments in Caldwell, ID. As a Resident Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the apartment community, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community. Responsibilities Include: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests Assist with leasing and renewing leases, as well as processing tenant applications Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of vacant units and office/common areas Identify and report maintenance issues during unit turns, and perform minor maintenance and repair work as needed Perform grounds-keeping duties, including landscaping and snow removal Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their concerns and needs Live on-site at the Hazel Park Apartments, serving as a role model and advocate for the community Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Basic knowledge of record keeping and computer skills Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a positive community environment Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks Strong communication and self-motivation skills Strong organizational skills Must be willing and able to live on-site at the Hazel Park Apartments, with a private apartment provided by the organization Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check We offer competitive wages along with a benefit package.
