As our on-site Resident Manager, you will be the face of the property, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, satisfied residents, and a vibrant, welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relations – Build strong relationships with residents, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and foster a positive living environment.
• Building Operations – Oversee daily operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance schedules; ensure all common areas and amenities are in top condition.
• Maintenance Coordination – Handle routine maintenance requests, liaise with contractors, and manage minor on-site repairs.
• Administration – Maintain accurate records, issue notices as required, and assist with rent collection and reporting.
• Emergency Response – Act as the primary on-site contact for building emergencies, ensuring resident safety and swift resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, building operations, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on ability for minor maintenance/repairs is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, property management software).
• Knowledge of provincial tenancies legislation is preferred.
• Must reside on-site (accommodation provided).
