Job Purpose Qualification: MBBS Relevant Experience: 3 months – 5 years of experience in field of assessing patient’s health problems, providing care to sick, disabled, recovering or injured patients, maintaining important medical records, implementing a nursing care plan and advising patients about maintaining health. Cognitive Clinical Management Clinical Non-invasive Management Clinical Invasive Management Perform and document history & physical examination Formulate differential diagnosis Develops and documents initial plan of care Modifies daily plan of care* Writes daily progress notes Obtain and document informed consent Order appropriate referrals* Order appropriate investigations* Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients* Interpret laboratory & radiology results* Orders transfusions of blood and blood products* Order appropriate medication and other orders Follows the prescribed format for patient handoff at end of shift/duty Prepare an appropriate discharge summary. Perform digital rectal examination Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation Orders, adjusts artificial feeding modalities* Part of the code blue team Performs nasogastric tube insertion Inserts urethral catheter.
