Job Details Job Location: FLA-Jacksonville Area Command - Jacksonville, FL 32204 Position Type: Full Time Regular Education Level: High School Diploma/GED Job Category: Housing Schedule/Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week including weekends This position is responsible for: Accepts and processes residents staying in lodge/shelter overnight Receives and receipts fees received from residents Monitors activities of residents during assigned shift Maintains accurate and complete records and logs Key Responsibilities: Responds to emergencies in a calm manner and initiates appropriate corrective actions Answers telephone and responds to questions regarding the program operations monitors cameras and records unique situations occurring during shift Distributes towels, linens, and personal hygiene items Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Work is performed in a lodge/shelter facility where are little or no physical discomforts with changes in weather.
