JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in an outpatient orthopaedics clinical setting. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients of all ages, including pediatrics. The Physiotherapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid physiotherapy license to practice in Alberta.
  • Relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards patients.
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics is desirable but not mandatory.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care within the hospital setting.
