Description Tarantino Properties is seeking a Resident Relations Manager to oversee an apartment community located in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities: Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or sales experience preferred Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication Onesite Software experience preferred Lease-up experience preferred Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus Why People Love Working Here: People are at the heart of what we do every day.
