JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Greystar is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major internal resident relocation program at our high-capacity, landmark student accommodation site in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. This is a long-term contract opportunity (~18 months), supporting significant systems, relocation scheduling, and renovation works within a fully occupied, high-rise community. JOB DESCRIPTION Operating onsite, you will lead the planning and delivery of staged resident relocations, working closely with Greystar Development and Operations teams, the onsite building operator, contractors, and residents. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong organisation, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance operational delivery with exceptional resident experience throughout a disruptive construction program. Key Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of staged internal resident relocations within an occupied PBSA asset, aligned to the construction program. Act as the central coordination point between Greystar teams, the onsite operator, and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely relocation execution. Manage resident impacts with a strong service mindset, proactively handling communications, complaints, and dispute resolution. Ensure appropriate resourcing and onsite support is in place during relocation periods, providing hands-on assistance as required. Identify risks and issues early, implementing practical solutions to maintain program momentum and service standards. About You: You are a confident and organised Project Manager who thrives in live, fast-moving environments. Comfortable working onsite, you bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex operational challenges and stakeholder engagement. You balance delivery and detail with a strong customer mindset, ensuring outcomes are achieved without compromising resident experience. You’ll bring: Degree qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience. Background in property, facilities, construction-adjacent, student accommodation, or hospitality environments highly regarded. Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within occupied buildings or live environments. Strong communication and customer service skills, including experience managing complaints and resolving conflict. A hands-on, highly organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in real time. *This role will require some weekend work (including Saturdays and Sundays), on a rotational schedule, ensuring ongoing onsite support for our resident relocation. Full schedule will be available prior to commencement. Greystar is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
