We are currently recruiting Resident Safety Personnel to join our growing team providing 1:1 support, assisting with High Intensity Needs residents in Long Term Care settings in Wallaceburg.
We are currently seeking individuals for full-time hours!

RESIDENT SAFETY PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR certification (Must be from a Red Cross trained organization)
• Must pass Vulnerable Police Check (VPC) (REQUIRED)
• Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Own vehicle or reliable method of transportation (REQUIRED)
• Previous experience within Long Term Care or working with the elderly is an asset
• Full availability including nights, days, afternoons, weekends & statutory holidays, 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Proactive, attention-to-detail, self-motivated, team players

• Assist with High Intensity Needs Residents in Long Term Care settings on a 1:1 basis
• Monitoring resident behavior, redirecting as needed
• Assist with screening measures such as asking specific screening questions and other measures that may be implemented
