JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will act as the first line of defense for phone calls and resident communications. Serve as the first point of contact for residents to answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information.
Schedule: M-F, 10am-6pm

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent word processing, mathematic, and computer skills required.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, judgement and decision-making abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.
Responsibilities
  • Community Activities Support: Support the organization and execution of community events and social activities.
  • Assist with Resident Paperwork: Assist residents with various paperwork requirements, such as registration forms, welcome packets, updating information in community software, and managing the annual parking permit replacement process.
  • Resident Satisfaction: Facilitate resident satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for management. Handle welcome processes and provide information on community rules and amenities.
  • Work Order Management: Manage work order tickets, including submitting work orders on behalf of residents, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • General Administrative Support: Maintain resident files, assist in updating software with resident information, and ensure all paperwork is complete and filed properly.
  • Emergency Support: Help facilitate emergency communication to residents and coordinate responses.
