About the Role As a Resident Concierge, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our residents feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Working closely with the Management team, residents, and their representatives, you’ll deliver a 5-star experience in a fast-paced, varied, and fulfilling environment. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and personalising the admission process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Building strong relationships by providing emotional support and daily check-ins during the initial fortnight. Facilitating a luxury dining experience and overseeing resident mealtimes. Addressing concerns promptly, ensuring resident satisfaction. Assisting with quality activities and providing vital support to both residents and families. What You’ll Bring to the Role We’re looking for someone with: A Certificate III in Aged Care (preferred but not essential). Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal. A strong service orientation and interpersonal skills to connect with older people. Creativity and problem-solving abilities to meet and exceed resident expectations.
