We’re searching for an incredible Resident Services Assistant!
The Resident Services Assistant plays a key role in our community from first point of contact through to complete departure administering all tenancies. Ensuring that all resident files are compliant, delivering the best customer service to existing residents and new prospects, assisting with events and any queries from residents throughout their tenancy with urbanbubble.
This role will work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
  • Managing daily leads, booking viewings (virtual and in-person), and converting prospects into residents
  • Issuing leases, processing applications, and coordinating smooth move-ins
  • Ensuring homes are prepped and compliant by working with our Finance, Facilities & Resident Services teams
  • Handling internal transfers, inspections, tenancy changes, and lease renewals
  • Managing arrears, negotiating payment plans, and serving notices under PRT grounds
  • Covering Front of House, assisting with resident queries, key/fob systems and contractor check-ins
  • Supporting resident check-ins and check-outs with third-party clerks
  • Helping organise resident events and contributing fresh ideas to the calendar
