Position Description: Resident Services Associate, The Harland Owners Association The Resident Services Associate will work at the reception of a luxury West Hollywood condominium building to assist the community management office with administrative responsibilities. This allows our Community Manager to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise, and knowledge that surpasses our clients’ expectations, putting people before profits. This position is part-time, with a 16-hour schedule each weekend (8 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday). Job Duties: • Greet all residents and visitors, providing hospitality-like service • Interface with all residents and guests, providing on-going extraordinary service and ensuring questions and requests are addressed in a timely fashion • Serve as the primary layer for access control and key management • Assist with homeowner and tenant package management • Work with the Community Manager to provide regular and consistent communications to the membership with community updates and events via newsletters, e-mail, mail, phone, etc. • Coordinate and assist with residents with the move-in and move-out to the property per the association guidelines. • Address walk-up resident service requests • Answer all front-desk calls and address call-in resident service requests • Update association website and portal, including both document folders and the community calendar, ensuring all information is up to date • Work with the Community Manager to ensure all service requests are addressed promptly, providing updates to the respective resident as necessary • Perform routine property inspections to assist the Community Manager with compliance with the association's governing documents and with California civil and code compliance. • Proactively reach out to owners regarding any non-compliance or delinquency matters • Work directly with on-site staff, vendors, and the Association Board of Directors to provide the support as necessary to ensure they’re able to meet their operational duties and obligations • Various other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required • 3-4 Years of experience in an administrative role • Extraordinary customer service skills • Exceptional writing and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong organizational skills • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor Requirements ° Part-time role ° Weekend Schedule Only
