Position Description: The Resident Service Associate/Concierge will assist the on-site management office with stellar resident and guest service and administrative responsibilities. A non-disclosure agreement is required to be signed prior to starting employment; uniforms are provided, personal clothing is not allowed to be worn during work shifts. Dry cleaning of the uniforms is provided. Duties & Responsibilities: Package handling and delivery, up to 40 lbs. Occasional filing, vendor coordination and providing access for vendors. Create work orders to the appropriate vendor, follow up on status of work orders and update notes MUST know Outlook, Google Voice (texting), Adobe and basic Word & Excel skills preferred. This is a Full-Time position with varied AM/PM shifts (AM = 6am - 2:30pm; PM = 2:00pm - 10:30pm). Weekend work is REQUIRED. This position required high levels of communication and follow through with residents and the team members - including verbal, phone calls, texting and emailing.
