Position Overview The Front Desk Concierge (Resident Services Associate) serves as the first point of contact for residents and their guests. This is a front-facing hospitality role that requires professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Manage package receiving, logging, and notification Handle resident inquiries, requests, and service recovery Maintain accurate logs and front desk records Coordinate with building staff and management as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby environment Enforce building access policies and visitor procedures Requirements Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, or customer-facing roles preferred Professional appearance and strong communication skills Reliable and punctual with consistent availability Ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive throughout the shift Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule Full-time, shifts vary, weekend and holiday availability required Stratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
