Job Description We are looking for a Resident Experience Co-Ordinator to join our team at Summerset in Nelson! As the Resident Services Co-Ordinator your primary focus is to ensure that the residents at our Village experience ‘the best of life’. As part of the village team, you will create an exceptional retirement living environment, ensuring our residents enjoy a premium lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include: Being the key customer service point of contact for all residents curating exceptional experiences and events across the village Developing strong relationships with the residents to best anticipate their needs and expectations Co-Ordinating service delivery teams, maintaining a strong culture of high service and standards This is a part time role offering 20 hours per week from Monday - Friday, timings negotiable. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will be: A compassionate person with excellent communication and interpersonal skill Dynamic, passionate, and proactive about bringing a high level of satisfaction and service to residents and their families Enthusiastic and empathetic in their approach with a passion for interacting with residents and their families Proven experience in a customer facing position including managing and resolving customer complaints Previous experience in Aged Care At Summerset, we believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches the care we provide.
