Description Do you want to join a team of field-driven and hospitality-focused individuals? Come to Paradise Creek of Olympus and join us on our newly embarked adventures of Adult Day Services and independent living in-home services! This role will initially be only part-time, but we are hoping to grow our services to support a full-time position! The Resident Services Coordinator assists our Adult Day Service clients, providing engaging and stimulating activities, light ADLs such as toileting and personal hygiene, meal-time assistance, medication assistance and general oversight and supervision. Our ideal candidate will have experience with caregiving, exposure to seniors with dementia, and a kind and compassionate disposition. Because this is a new service to the community, we are looking for an individual who can help create a vision and make it come to life! This position will also play a significant role in our new program of in-home services for our current independent residents. Services can include but are not limited to assistance with showers and minor ADLs, laundry, housekeeping, technology assistance, pet care, companion care, and more! Sound interesting to you?
