The Hours: 1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 8am - 4:30pm Starting at $19.00 per hour A Typical Day as a Resident Services Coordinator: * Communicates directly with residents, both in person and by telephone / Addresses concerns and escalates as necessary * Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate staff, when necessary / Manages Resident documents (Birthdays, Pet Lists, Wait Lists) * Provides information on services, events and attractions to residents and their families. * Organizes community and resident events to include: monthly events such as donut social, birthday party, popcorn day, coffee chat, in addition to live entertainment, craft classes, annual events such as Family Night, Craft Fair, and Resident Holiday party.
