In this position... · Lead Critical Supplier Process to drive Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance improvement. · Participate in Whiteboard reviews and assigned sub-system VRT (Variability Reduction Team) meetings. Drive resolution of external supplier process -1MIS and 0MIS warranty concerns. · Support QR procedures by supporting concern binning, reviewing threshold QRs, and providing support for QR Dispute resolution. Assist the Incoming Quality (IQ) department with non-responsive suppliers. Assist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM (Parts Per Million) data accuracy. Responsibilities
This role involves leading critical supplier process improvements to drive down Supplier Quality Reject (QR) performance and resolving external supplier process warranty concerns through participation in review meetings. The engineer will also support QR procedures, assist the Incoming Quality department, and ensure data accuracy related to QR/PPM metrics.
