You will safeguard design intent and finish quality for premium hospitality and luxury residential projects. This includes execution of high-spec finishes, tight interface control with MEP/ID/façade trades, and rigorous QA to deliver defect-free rooms, suites and public areas that meet operator/brand standards and statutory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Accreditation: Valid RTO (Architectural/C&S) accreditation with IES/ACES (Singapore).
• Education: Diploma in Architecture / Interior Architecture / Building / Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience: 10 years in architectural site supervision, with at least one completed high-end hotel or luxury apartment project (guestrooms/suites and public areas).
• TECHNICAL STRENGTHS:Premium finishes QA (stone selection & book-matching, veneer/edge details, metal trims, shadow gaps).Wet-area detailing and leakage prevention, balcony/drainage interfaces.ID-façade interface control and fire/acoustic compliance.Reading/coordinating ID packages, façade/shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings and schedules.
• Tools: MS 365; comfortable with AutoCAD/Revit ; experience with digital field tools (e.g., BIM 360/Plangrid/Bluebeam ) is a plus.
• Safety: WSQ Supervise Work in WSH or BCSS preferred.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous eye for detail, assertive on standards, proactive coordination, clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
