REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant site supervision experience in road, viaduct, tunnel, demolition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and within a project team.

• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on civil and structural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to resolve site issues.
• Maintain proper site records including daily reports, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
• Ensure all works adhere to LTA and regulatory requirements.
