JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a qualified and experienced M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to support the runway resurfacing project at Singapore Changi Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring quality installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical works related to airfield infrastructure.

• Monitor contractors’ progress and ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and airport operational requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Verify method statements, inspection checklists, and testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Liaise with the Qualified Person (QP), consultants, and contractors on technical matters.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, including daily site reports and inspection records.
• Coordinate day/night shift supervision depending on operational runway constraints.
